Sergey Zuev is the rector of Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences, where he teaches introduction to management and socio-cultural design. In recent years, Zuev has been chairing the working groups on the socio-cultural development of Kaliningrad and the Republic of Buryatia, as well as Kaluga Oblast. He is also the co-developer of Kaliningrad and Chelyabinsk strategic development programs and has numerous academic publications.
Director of Finance, Institute for Social Sciences (RANEPA)
Irina Ronzhina is the director of finance at the Institute for Social Sciences of the RANEPA, and has been involved in the organization of PGLS for the last 4 years. In her role as the director of finance, Ms. Ronzina is responsible for the financial allocation of resources and scholarship distribution for PGLS.
Ekaterina Kuzina is the Head of International Policy Department at the Institute for Social Sciences RANEPA in Russia (Moscow). She has an MA degree from the Moscow school of social and economic sciences (MSSES) in Cultural Management and was a PGLS program Coordinator from 2014 to 2016. Currently, she is a Supervisor of PGLF-Russia.

Anastasia Fedorova is a Leading Specialist of the ISS of the RANEPA responsible for University staff business trips at the RANEPA and study abroad opportunities for MSSES. In 2018-2019, she serves as PGLF-Russia program coordinator on behalf of the Moscow school of social and economic sciences (MSSES).
